First Week

With my first week of final semester almost over, one more class left tomorrow, it was much better than I thought at first. My first class was Macroeconomics lecture where it was superbly boring and I can only focus for about 10 minutes whereas the tutorial was the totally opposite. Surprisingly, I am the only student who is doing final year or semester among others. Most of them are studying Applied Finance as well.

Next, it was Exploring Digital Age. The subject seems interesting but not the lecturer himself. He dragged a little too much on each slide where it gets pretty boring at the end. Corporation Valuation Risk Management was not bad either, hoping to get at least a credit in summing my total marks with various help I got. Tomorrow, let's see Small Business Financial Management!!!

During this period of time, many people would ask me where am I heading after graduating. Most of them already had their plans. I've just chatted in MSN with a friend where she seems to have applied a job for her future as an audit (good and happy for her) even though she will be graduating at the same time with me.

Me? Actually, my plan is to go back to my hometown in Melbourne and takes up a Master program where I give myself a maximum completion of 2 years. Then, I will get a job and a car (hopefully, a soul mate as well). I don't think this might go according to my plan because one said that "The best plan is not to have a plan at all". This is because things may not go according to the plan and will shattered our hopes. Therefore, I always go by the flow, taking careful small steps at a time.

Hi My Sweetheart

First class starts in few hours time. Time passed really quick. With just a few more months time, it's time for me and most of my peers graduate. Half of me don't want that to happen while my other half wants to finish it as soon as possible. I really envy those who knows what they wanted to do after graduation. I, myself does not know which path to take after this. Will it be the working life or continue to pursue Masters?

Timetable for this semester. 3 days of classes in a week only! Yay or Nay?
I came across my high school friend's blog and heard a song from the playlist where it happened to be the theme song for a taiwanese drama. Then, I went over to youtube and watched it. It's really good and I finished it in 2 days (14 Episodes). Yes, it's not surprising that I watch Taiwanese drama.

海派甜心 / Hi My Sweetheart - Starring Show Luo and Rainie Yang.

The drama starts of with Show Luo as Xue Hai as a certifiable dork when he first arrived in Hangzhou. After his schoolmate Rainie Yang as Bao Zhu saved him from bullying, she became his first love. Then, a misunderstanding caused them to lose contact when she moved back to Taiwan. He thought she dumped him. So he transformed himself from a dork to a hunk in order to seek revenge.

The drama is super funny and I liked the way Show Luo act especially watching him in Corner With Love. Never noticed how cute Rainie Yang is with small mole on the right of her cheeks and her awesome bangs until this drama. Maybe I too should act as a nerd for the first week of classes, wearing big specs and mushroom hair, buttoning all the buttons on my shirt. Change it to the totally opposite after that. Looked something like the music vidoe of Bigbang - Last Farewell. A nerd in the university and the total opposite by night. Hahaha...

Also, went to Hoyts in Norwood with my housemates for Inception as its awesome. Mind-blow movie, probably one of the best in 2010.
Great plot although its a little confusing at first, awesome characters and superb original storyline.

The Last Semester

Dear readers,

Sorry for my absence for past few weeks. Semester 5 results came out on the 17th, around 4.30a.m. and lady luck was on my side again where I managed to pass all my subjects. Hopefully, the same thing will happen again in December.

I had been rotting most of the time at home for the first time in the holidays. Yes, rotting as in sitting in front of my computer and do nothing or even useless stuffs. A lifeless month I say. However, one thing that made me happy is today. A friend all the way from US came over here to visit me and it ease my boredom a little. Probably I should start searching for a job as well because I've only had three days of classes in a week.

Anyway, finished watching Koizora (Love Sky: A Sad Love Story). I great drama with awesome storyline, theme song and acting. I'd rate it second to 1 Litre of Tears and will probably download the movie as well (because Aragaki Yui is in it).

-Dance like noone is watching.
Love, like you've never loved before.
Sing, as if nobody is listening.
And live, as if today was your last day. -

Unfair

Sometimes, some things happen in this world deem to be unfair to some people. I went over to the campus central in UniSA City West Campus to inquire about the exact graduation date for students whom completing their degree by the end of this year. They told me that the convocation on the 20th December 2010 will only cater for international students where else the one for local students falls on the following year, March 2011.

For that, I try to keep my hopes high where I sent an email to the graduations and records adviser asking for guidance and if they allow me to hold my graduation convocation with my friends. However, I got a reply the following day having the same answer as I got in campus central. Guess this is another disadvantage being a local student. I really wanted to graduate the same time as my peers and also, I wouldn't know my parents will be available if mine was on March.

Should I stay here till my peers graduated or fly to Melbourne and look for a part time job while waiting for a university to accept my application of Masters program or should I fly back to Malaysia for a holiday and work part time as soon as I complete my final semester? I do not know yet.

Holiday =)

The moment I complete the final paper, Market Research of my semester five in UniSA, I knew this semester would definitely put a smile on my face through the result in a few weeks time. Finally I've come to face the easiest semester where I had not subjects to worry about after each semester where I would feel down for at least one paper. However, it's still too early to celebrate it but I'm eighty percent sure I've done better compared to my previous semesters.

Even the torrent speed was happy too, peaking about 400kb per second. Currently watching Samurai High School and it was hilarious!!!
I'm still thinking about going to Melbourne but I guess it's too late since the air tickets were all so expensive. Well, there's not much in Melbourne too, it's just more happening, bigger and more people. If I'm there, I will be shopping around. What else should I do in this holiday since I'm not going traveling interstate? Should I get myself some new clothes? It's been quite some time since I spend on clothing. Harbour Town? Rundle Street? Tea Tree Plaza?

Congratz to C.N.Blue for their second Mutizen. Current song in my head; Love Light. It feels lovely and joyful listening to the rhythm of the song.
